About the Owner
My name is Rapheala Bailey and I’d like to thank you for your interest in my center! My husband and I are both ex-military. I am a native of Ohio. I have a B.A. in Business, as well as a Master’s in Education. I am an Early Childhood educator and mother of five. I’m committed to teaching and guiding your little ones to becoming the best versions of themselves they can possibly be. As a teacher and as a manager I pride myself on being the person you can always count on to be there for you here at Bailey’s CDC. Before starting Bailey’s CDC, I was an elementary school special education teacher in the North East Independent School District for San Antonio. I love to help others find and reach their full potential through education and teaching. One of my favorite quotes is “Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach him to fish and feed him for a lifetime.”
About Bailey's CDC
In 2013, Bailey’s Child Development Center formerly known as Bailey’s Babies, was founded by Raphaela Bailey. Bailey’s Babies began as an in-home childcare center catering to the families of Mrs. Bailey’s local neighborhood. As the house turned from old living spaces to tiny toddler classrooms, it was evident that the number of children would quickly outgrow the space in the home. While keeping the home-like feel within the business it was difficult to turn away families because of the limited space. The dream of one day owning a licensed center seemed to be tangible. When brainstorming the idea of opening an actual licensed center it was very important to Mrs. Bailey to keep a welcoming home-like feel. In 2017, with the help of family and friends, we opened our doors at 13777 Judson Rd. as a licensed childcare center with our home families following.

We take pride in giving your child that home-like feeling, and parents the peace of mind that their child is safe and happy. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives that come through our doors. We understand the importance of children having a safe, and nurturing environment in order to thrive now and years to come as they continue their educational journey. Through various community partnerships we’re able to equip our staff, children, and families with the tools and resources needed to be successful in their classrooms and their homes.
